See it coming, not afterwards.

Overtime, working time frames and leave on one screen, proportionally to time elapsed — so a manager sees it today, not at the end of the month.

Leave today. Multiple shifts tomorrow. Three sites next year. The same system.

The same system, in the cloud or on your own servers — still small today, multiple sites tomorrow

How deep shall we go?

If you only have five minutes. The essentials, with practical examples. If you want to see what's behind it.

The question isn't what the system can do. It's how much work it takes off HR's and managers' shoulders.

Work-hour-limit monitor

Don't let overtime surface when the limit period closes.

This isn't a timesheet. It's a manager's screen that tracks, across the configured working time frame, who stands above or below the pro-rata line. −18 hours in April, +20 in May – yet landing at zero by the period's close: you see in time whether it's on track or off, while you can still act.

  • Pro-rata standing across the whole working time frame, per person
  • Limit run-out forecast: closes on track or off track
  • Differing monthly working days counted in automatically
  • Team-level balance and overtime risk in one view
A multi-month banking period stops being a spreadsheet question.

What a manager wants answered each morning

Not a report. An answer. oneTiming doesn't just give data – it shows you where to act.

Who's about to hit overtime?

The monitor flags it before anyone crosses the line.

Limit monitor

Whose hour-limit is running out?

Per-person balance and pace across the whole period – see who'll close above the pro-rata line and who below.

Limit balance

Who hasn't taken their leave?

Backlogs on one screen – before they pile up at year-end.

Team calendar

Will we have enough people next week?

Presence-aware approval – see clashes before they happen.

Approval

Who is oneTiming for?

Three roles, three benefits – recognise in seconds whether it's for you.

  • Absences and leave planning
  • Clashes before the shift

Why is oneTiming different?

A traditional attendance system records. oneTiming shows the consequence.

Traditional attendance system Data recording
  • Overtime surfaces only when the period closes
  • Gives an after-the-fact report
  • You hunt for the deviation
  • You compute the limit standing in Excel, for hours
  • Records data
oneTiming Decision support
  • Warns within the period, in pro-rata terms, if someone runs out
  • Signals and warns in advance
  • Puts the deviation in front of you
  • Pro-rata limit standing oven-ready, instantly
  • Supports the manager's decision

Frequently asked questions

What HR teams and shift managers ask most often.

Do we need a terminal or an access card?
Not necessarily. The system includes a scanning screen: people check in and out with their own code, per site. Attendance can also be entered manually, and scanned data lands in the same record the working time frame and the payroll close are built from.
What is a working time frame, and why isn't a monthly summary enough?
A frame spans several months: a shortfall in one month can be balanced out in the next. A monthly summary doesn't show that — the frame monitor shows, proportionally to time elapsed, where someone stands against their frame.
Does it handle several shifts, flexitime and home office?
Yes. The system keeps the work schedule, the actual working time, absences and home office apart, so they appear together in the working time account.
How does the data reach payroll?
Closed time data becomes a formatted Excel file (XLSX), with filters and several sheets: a calendar view, the payroll export (one row = one person, one day) and printable weekly schedules. Two external payroll bureaus accept that export as an import today — the current format grew out of their requests. If your payroll expects something else, the output can be adjusted to it.
When does a problem become visible?
Not at the end of the month. The frame monitor signals within the frame, proportionally to time elapsed — while there is still something you can do.
